SECRETARY CLINTON: Well, we are pleased to welcome here today the foreign minister from Thailand. The United States and Thailand have many important relationships that have been strengthened and broadened over many years. And I’m looking forward to discussing with the minister a range of important concerns, both regionally and globally. Welcome, sir.

FOREIGN MINISTER PIROMYA: Thank you very much, Madame Secretary.
