Long Term Measures:

  • Five more active projects to destroy dangerous materials (not including nuclear safeguards) by FY 2007.

Annual Measures:

  • Deploy tracker software in additional countries.
  • Efficiently implement all long-term projects to eliminate, destroy, remove or secure all proliferation and strategic threats.
