10:00 a.m.  Secretary Clinton attends a Memorial Service for Terrence Lee Barnich, Office of the Iraq Transition Assistance Office, at the Department of State.

11:50 a.m.   Secretary Clinton meets with Mu Sochua, Member of Cambodian Parliament, at the  Department of State
(CLOSED PRESS COVERAGE)

1:30 p.m.  Secretary Clinton meets with Christopher Hill, U.S. Ambassador to Iraq, at the Department of State.
