ASEAN Secretary General Dr. Surin Pitsuwan Visits ILEA Bangkok

The ASEAN Secretary General Dr. Surin Pitsuwan visited ILEA Bangkok. Dr Surin was the Thai Minister of Foreign Affairs in 1998 when the agreement to create the ILEA was signed by Dr. Surin and U.S. Ambassador Itoh. Dr. Surin, while speaking to students at the ILEA, noted the strong regional cooperation that has been fostered at the ILEA.
