Update on addressing

  • Adoption, by UPU member operators, of UPU standard S-42 in their operations and formal publication of each operator’s address standard;
  • Implementation, by UPU member operators, of a delivery point file;
  • Introduction, by UPU member operators, of a change of address service;
  • Making the delivery point files and change of address procedures available to the public and private sector.

The Office of Electronic Information, Bureau of Public Affairs, manages this site as a portal for information from the U.S. State Department.
