Headed overseas? Take the time to prepare to change cultures. Why bother? Successfully adapting brings:

  • Global perspective and greater intercultural sensitivity

You already have many of the skills needed to sail through an overseas move (bearing in mind that sailing involves sudden changes of directions and unexpected ups and downs). In many ways a relocation, no matter how exotic, resembles other challenging situations you may have faced.
