U.S. representative to the Iraqi opposition, Zelmany Khalilzad, center, arrives to attend the second day meeting of the Iraqi opposition groups' leaders, as special agents of the DIplomatic Security Service, right and left, escort him, at Salahaddin, Iraq, which is controlled by the Kurdistan Democratic Party.
