Professional Development Fellowships for Eligible Family Member Spouses

  • FLO's Professional Development Fellowship program for Spouses and Member of Household Partners of direct hire U.S. government employees under Chief of Mission authority is intended to maintain, enhance and/or develop professional skills for Foreign Service Eligible Family Members and Members of Household who are not in a position to pursue their career path overseas.
